I have been trying to configure the File Share Encrytpion part of PGP Desktop. I have purchased Symantec Encryption Desktop through our supplier but configuring it for my needs seems to be a challenge. Has anyone else recieved any information on when this issue may be resolved? Leaving systems unpatched is not a workable solution and may result in removing SED from our systems. I know that Symantec is aware of the issues steming from patches released in October and November, but not sure about this month even though I've let my case handler know about it. I currently have a case open for the issue which I created last month but havent heard anything on progress on Symantec's end yet. When installing specific updates and then accessing a SED encrypted MS Office document it either triggers a BSOD, or we get an error message stating that the file is corrupted.

We use Symantec Encryption Desktop extensively for its fileshare encryption feature, but the software has not been compatible with Windows 10 security updates for the past 3 months.
